Casillas Still Trust Del Bosque
Madrid – The captain once Real Madrid goalkeeper, Iker Casillas, will not lose its place in the core of the Spanish national team squad. Casillas following poor performances lately.
Casillas, 33, made at least two mistakes when Madrid humiliated Schalke 3-4 at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Champions League (03/11/2015). He failed to stem the endless efforts Schalke first two goals but did some important rescue stoppage.
In the end, Madrid still qualify after a 5-4 aggregate lead. Casillas did not escape from his own supporters cheer dissatisfied with the appearance of Madrid.
“I think a goalkeeper is always to blame. This is not one of my best matches but now is not the time to think about yourself,” Casillas said after the game.
However, it is not a bad moment Casillas in the game. The player nicknamed ‘Saint Iker’ has been repeatedly made mistakes in the past year, including when Spain was eliminated in the group stages of the 2014 World Cup.
